History

Osenno is the Praetor of the Radiant Church. He is a Saint and a little stronger than Haydson and is pictured as being very cunning. He appears once Linley starts to found his Duchy in the Anarchic Lands. He then fights Linley, also sending six Cherub Angels to kill him. He loses and is forced to flee from Linley. Linley then forms his Baruch Duchy and asks Delia in marriage shortly afterwards.

He along with a few other representative from the Radiant Church and the Cult of Shadows go to meet Linley to discuss a treaty where Linley will control the Anarchic lands as-long as they can continue to proselytize, however the meeting had a fallout in such once Linley's tamed Gold Dragon used the special technique Soul Shot which destroyed his dopple-gangers and was then slain by Barker with a single chop from his greataxe .
